I used to believe that the farther I traveled, the more meaningful the journey would become.
I don’t think that’s true anymore.
That afternoon, we simply drove to Lembang. No itinerary. No rush. Just quiet roads, cool mountain air, and familiar songs filling the cabin.
Somewhere along the way, I realized that what we often need isn’t another destination.
We need a moment to listen again.
To the music we’ve loved for years.
To the person sitting beside us.
And sometimes… to ourselves.
Life doesn’t always ask us to move faster.
Sometimes, it simply asks us to slow down enough to notice what has been there all along.
